1. How to get your products quotation?

Please leave a message by "ONLINE INQUIRY" sheet or inquiry us via “Live-chat “on our homepage directly. Firstly please tell us your company name, address, phone, what products you need and the qty; we will quote to you in the shortest time.

2. How to place an order? Do you accept sample order?

Easier way, please send an email to show your ideal products information or call us directly, our sales team will serve you soon (Working time: AM9:00-PM: 18:00 Beijing time, from Monday to Saturday). Any we accept sample order, but this charge is paid by client.

3. What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity) for your products?

Frankly speaking, any quantity is acceptable.

4. What is the lead time for your regular products?

1-3workdays for regular order(less than 100pcs);

5. What is your payment term?

Our available payment method mainly by Bank Transfer, Cash, T/T, L/C, PayPal, and Western Union

6. What is your way for shipping?

Usually according to the client’s choice
